9. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
   YOU AGREE THAT:

   • YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL NOT VIOLATE ANY APPLICABLE LAWS,
   • YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT, AND
   • YOUR ACTIONS WILL NOT CAUSE HARM OR DAMAGE TO Lobstermania 3'S BUSINESS OR OTHER PARTIES.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS
    Lobstermania 3 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    You agree that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through formal procedures before resorting to courts.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    These Terms constitute the entire understanding regarding your use of the Platform.

14. EFFECTIVE DATE AND TERMINATION
    This Agreement becomes effective immediately, remains in effect until terminated by either party, and automatically terminates upon your breach or termination as provided above.

15. NOTICES
